  • How can I reserve a flat?

  • Making a reservation is quite easy, you just have to click on the flat you like and click on Reserve. Follow the instructions that you are provided, and now you just have to wait for the landlord to confirm its availability. You'll have a personal manager who will help you all the way through, so you can solve your doubts/problems.

  • Which dates should I put in the calendar?

  • Here,you have to state the dates you estimate you'll be at the flat.. If you don't have a leaving date for now, just note it on the observations so we can notify the owner. Make sure you check the minimum stay field before you reserve a flat.

  • How can I have more information about the flat?

  • You can ask all the questions you have to the landlord. You also have the "Observations" field where you can ask any doubts you may have about the flat, which will be resolved before paying.

  • How can I reserve a flat?

  • What will you use my personal information given when making a reservation?

  • We only use this information to contact you to help on the reservation process.

  • What does making a reservation imply?

  • Making a reservation implies that you have the right to the flat at your arrival there, in the conditions stablished with the owner. We make sure that you will close a rental agreement with him/her for a larger period.

  • How much would it take to confirm my reservation?

  • In a period of a maximum of 72h we will confirm wether your reservation has been confirmed by the landlord.

  • What happens if my reservation is not accepted by the landlord?

  • In this case it will not have any cost for you. We are sorry you couldn't get that beautiful room, but you can reserve any other flat we have on our list!

  • Does Stukers have any cost for me?

  • Nope, at all. You are only charge part of the first month's rent if you cancel your finally don't appear on the flat.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

  • Yes, you can cancel you reservation, and you will receive what's stipulated in our cancellations' terms and conditions. You can check them out in the next question! Remember that, in case of cancellation from your part, we will charge you and compensate the landlord.

  • Cancellation policy

  • CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

    Of course, but in order to protect the landlord, we stipulate some deadlines in which you can do so.

    2 months before

    Up to two months before the arrival date, we will reimburse you 100% of the first month's rent (minus our commision).

    Between 1 & 2 months

    In this case, we will divide the first month of rent between you (50% minus the commision) and the landlord (the other 50%).

    Less than 1 month

    If the cancellation happens within than one month before the arrival date, we will reimburse the amount you paid to the landlord.

  • What should I do after the reservation is accepted?

  • After your reservation is accepted, we will put you both in contact, so you can close all the rental agreement conditions.

  • When will I meet the landlord?

  • Once the reservation is confirmed and the payment made, we will put you introduce you both.

  • Is my payment secure?

  • Of course! We don't ask you nor save your banking information at any moment. Once your doubts are solved and your reservation confirmed, we will ask you for the payment of the first month's rent, you can do this either by PayPal or by bank transference. You will do it from the bank without giving us any information, and you'll inmediatly have a confirmation from your bank to make sure you've made the payment. We work along with Telefónica in Open Future and with Vigo's University, so you can trust us.

  • Why should I reserve through Stukers?

  • Reserving your flat through Stukers means it'll be there for you upon your arrival, no need to waste money traveling around visiting flats. If there's already people living inside, you can meet them through our website. Remember aswell that this doesn't have any cost for you, as the money you pay upfront is to pay de landlord.

  • How can I upload my flat?

  • It will only take some minutes, just register on our website and once inside follow the detailed instructions.

  • What does making a reservation imply?

  • It means that someone wants to rent your room/flat. When you accept it, you give him the right to rent that one room/flat, in the period and conditions established previously. To confirm this reservation, the tenant will leave us a deposit of the first month's rent. The rest of payments will just go as normal, between the tenant and you.

  • How can I accept a reservation?

  • You can do it either from the website, or by answering the email, where you will receive a notificacion from your personal reservation manager who will guide you.

  • What should I do after the reservation is accepted?

  • Once the reservation is accepted, we will contact the user interested in your flat, and we will ask for the first month's rent. When we confirm this, we will present you both so you can close all the details.

  • How will I receive my money?

  • We will make you a bank transfer to the account you tell us.

  • When will I receive my money?

  • After 48 hours of the tenant's arrival at the flat, if everything is OK we will transfer you the money to the account you indicate us.

  • Does Stukers have any cost for me?

  • Yes, our service has a small comission for a confirmed reservation which you can see on the reservation email sent to you. This way, you only pay when you earn money, in our philosophy, we earn money if we help you earn money.

  • What happens if someone cancels an already confirmed reservation?

  • Cancellation policy

    We hope this doesn't happen, but we want you to be informed.

    2 months before

    If the reservation is cancelled two months before, we won't charge or compensate anything.

    Between 1 and 2 months before

    In this case, we will compensate you with half of the first month of rent.

    Less than a month

  • When will I meet my tenant?

  • We will present him/her to you once he/she has paid the first month's rent through us.

  • Why should I reserve through Stukers?

  • Reserving through Stukers you make sure that you rent your flat in an easy and confortable way, and it will only have a cost in case you find someone. Moreover, you can check the profile of your possible tenants and that way getting to know them better beforehand.
